1076 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the 1076 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing or using the 1076 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms set out herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all users of the 1076 platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, logging in, or using any feature of the 1076 platform, you automatically agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 1076. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or use the 1076 platform in any capacity.
Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the 1076 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 1076 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
Users are fully responsible for all activities that take place under their account, whether carried out by the user themselves or by any other party who gains access to their login credentials.
Password Security
You are responsible for keeping your password and account login credentials confidential. Your password must not be shared with any third party. 1076 recommends using a strong, unique password and changing it regularly.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the 1076 platform, you agree to:
- Use the platform solely for legitimate entertainment purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Do not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other unauthorised methods to access or interact with the platform.
- Do not attempt to cheat, deceive, or gain any unfair advantage through methods that violate the rules of play.
- Do not transfer funds between other users' accounts or use another person's account to carry out transactions.
- Do not use the platform for any money laundering, fraudulent, or other illegal activities.
- Comply with all instructions and decisions made by the 1076 team regarding account management and dispute resolution.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in the immediate suspension or closure of your account, and 1076 reserves the right to withhold any account balance associated with activities suspected of breaching these terms.
Payment & Transaction Information
Deposit
All transactions on the 1076 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including e-wallets and online bank transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method and the user's account status.
Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and are in their own name. 1076 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name. 1076 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and the user's account status. Any suspicion of fraud or breach of terms may result in a withdrawal being delayed or declined while an investigation is carried out.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
1076 Liability Limits
The 1076 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 1076 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. In exceptional circumstances such as technical issues, network disruptions, or events beyond our control, 1076 reserves the right to temporarily suspend services.
1076 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of opportunity or anticipated profits.
Account Suspension & Closure
1076 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of terms of use, suspected fraud, illegal activity, failure to submit requested verification documents, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users.
Users whose accounts are closed for legitimate reasons are not entitled to claim any compensation. Any valid remaining funds will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to identity verification and compliance with the terms.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and visual elements on the 1076 platform are the exclusive property of 1076 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of these elements without prior written consent from 1076.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 1076 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers and game suppliers. 1076 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms of service separately.
Amendments to Terms
1076 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Users will be notified of significant changes via in-account notifications. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the operations of the 1076 platform.
